avocado oil
The flesh of the avocado contains nearly 50% plant oil. A good source of vitamin E and magnesium leaving the skin smooth and soft.
basil
Is an uplifting oil aiding in concentration and clear thinking, helps relieve anxiety and mental fatigue. Good for respiratory conditions such as bronchitis, sinus congestion, and head colds. Basil can improves the tone and condition of the skin.
bergamot
Lifts the spirits, relaxes the nervous system, and reduces anxiety and frustration. Good for eczema, acne, blemishes.
chamomile (Roman)
Is soothing and calming, powerful in relieving insomnia. Its diuretic and antidepressant qualities provide relieve from PMS or menopausal problems. Especially good for dry, sensitive skin or for allergy problems such as eczema.
cinnamon
Can be used in a preparation to provide an effective rub for muscular stiffness and rheumatic pains. Powerfully anti-infectious, an inhalation of Cinnamon can relieve coughs, colds, and sore throats. Warm and spicy, makes a useful tonic for a sluggish circulatory system to promote vitality and increase energy.
clary sage
Antidepressant, antiseptic, aphrodisiac, astringent, deodorant. Good for dandruff and fungus. A wonderful treatment for dry and mature skin. Reduces inflammation, assists in clearing up acne. Helpful with female concerns.
eucalyptus
Has decongestant, expectorant, antiviral and antibacterial properties making it excellent for colds, flu, sinus problems and asthma. It is an analgesic, especially for pain associated with arthritis, bursitis, and muscle aches.
frankincense
Has a tonic effect on the skin and is very good for mature skin. It is a calming oil. Because it slows and deepens the breath, it is useful both as a meditation aid and for respiratory problems.
geranium
Is a hormone regulator containing balancing properties useful on both on the emotional and physical levels. It is an uplifting oil which helps relieve anxiety and depression. Because it balances the production of sebum, it is valuable for many skin problems, including acne and eczema and is especially good for mature skin. Geranium also has antiseptic and diuretic properties.
ginger
Can be included in a rub for achy muscles, arthritis, rheumatism and to promote circulation. Its warming qualities are good to use for feelings of loneliness and depression; its energizing properties make a good aphrodisiac.
grapeseed carrier oil
Has antioxidant properties which can help protect skin from damaging free radicals.
jojoba carrier oil
Closely resembles the sebum of the skin, and is rich in Vitamin C, promoting a glowing complexion.
lavender
Is the most useful of all essential oils. Its psycho-emotional benefits include calming and relaxing, making it helpful in relieving insomnia, nervous tension, irritability, and anxiety. A strong analgesic, especially good for headaches, muscle aches, and joint pain. Its antiseptic properties make it useful for cuts, burns and bites. Lavender is appropriate for all skin types, but is especially healing for disturbed skin, including acne, eczema, and psorasis.
lemon
Clarifying and detoxifying, helps to rid the body of phlegm and congestion; the antiviral action works on coughs, colds, and flu. Astringent and antiseptic properties make a powerful cleanser for the skin. Refreshing and uplifting, lemon will ease an overburdened mind, sharpen awareness, regain focus.
lemongrass
An excellent anti-depressant, Lemongrass tones and fortifies the nervous system addressing depression, lethargy, moodiness. Makes an excellent massage treatment to ease sore muscles, strains, and spasms. Analgesic properties address nervous headaches. nutmeg

patchouli

peppermint

rosemary

sandalwood

sweet almond carrier oil
